I haven't ran because I am entirely replacing it with irish dance. In order for me to go to worlds for dance I have to train more. Running effects how I dance because I will use up all of my energy. I am still getting an hour of excersize with dance.

I ran 6 miles in 45:56. The first 2 miles were 14:32 then the 4 were 30:00. It was quite an easy run even though I had a month long break with no training besides the race. The only thing that hurt were my ankles and my feet as usual.
